How we can help improve your physical health?

We offer one to one support sessions with our Wellness staff. These informal sessions will take place in accessible community venues that will help provide a comfortable environment.

Our Wellness staff will utilise Health Coaching/Motivational Interviewing techniques to help identify which elements of physical health are the most important to you.

We will then work collaboratively to create a plan that will include small achievable goals relating to physical activity. These agreed goals will be tailored to your own personal ability with the opportunity to then discuss progression with your advisor at every session.

Our wellness staff will also have the knowledge to be able to signpost and support you to attend local walking groups, exercise sessions or leisure facilities.

How long do you spend sitting down every day?

Whatever your age, size or physical condition you will benefit from being more active.

Just remember, even a little effort can make a difference!
